2024 Football Registrations

Please complete the first two sections. You can use Step 3 to pay online or send a payment to PO Box 133, Delphos, OH 45833. Please make all checks to Delphos Youth Football Associations. Midget - $50,  Flag - $35 and   Cheer - $35. 

Step 1: Click button below to complete Parent/Guardian registration

Step 2: Click button below to complete Player or Cheerleader registration you will do this for each participate. After this step your participant is registered. Please see step 3 for payment.
