2025 Football Registrations

Please complete the first two sections. You can use Step 3 to pay online or send a payment to PO Box 133, Delphos, OH 45833. Please make all checks to Delphos Youth Football Associations. Midget - $75,  Flag - $40 and   Cheer - $40. 

April Special - If you sign up for Midget from April 1st to April 30th Registration for Midget is $65 per child.

Step 2: Click button below to complete Player or Cheerleader registration you will do this for each participate. After this step your participant is registered. Please see step 3 for payment.
